01Scope
This policy covers personal data collected through the ERPDz website. Software licensed from ERPDz and installed on a client’s own equipment stores its data on that equipment; ERPDz has no access to it and it is not covered by this policy.
02What we collect
Only what you send us: the name, company, email address, telephone number and message submitted through the enquiry form, together with basic technical information your browser provides when requesting a page.
03Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use it for automated profiling.
04Sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Data is disclosed only where a legal obligation requires it.
05Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it is commercially relevant, and thereafter deleted. Contractual records are kept for the period the law requires.
06Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will confirm in writing what has been done.
