Softwares you own, not rent.
ERPDz is a digital products company from Algeria. We design and build software, applications, websites and digital tools for different needs and industries — and when we sell software, we would rather you own it than rent it.
01 — What we do
What we build.
We are not tied to one industry or one type of product. We start from what you need, then choose the right form for it.
Software
Complete systems that run the day-to-day of an organisation: its records, its workflows and the figures behind them.
Applications
Focused apps for desktop, web and mobile, each built to do one job well.
Websites
Websites and web platforms that explain an organisation clearly and stay easy to update.
Digital tools
Smaller tools built around one specific need — for when a full system would be more than the problem requires.
Our philosophy
Software should be a purchase, not a standing cost.
Most software today is rented — priced per user, per month, and switched off when the payments stop. When an ERPDz software product is offered under a perpetual licence, you buy the right to use it, with no recurring subscription for that licence.
02 — Ownership
Rented, or owned.
The difference is not in the features — it is in the terms.
Rented software
- Cost over five years
- Recurring, and rising with headcount
- If you stop paying
- Access ends
- Where the data sits
- On someone else’s servers
- Internet dependency
- No connection, no work
- Fitting your process
- You adapt to the software
- Version changes
- Applied to you, on their schedule
A perpetual licence
- Cost over five years
- Licence paid once
- If you stop paying
- You keep the version you bought
- Where the data sits
- Can stay on your own equipment
- Internet dependency
- Can run on your local network
- Fitting your process
- Can be adapted to how you work
- Version changes
- Upgrades are your decision

This applies to ERPDz software products offered under a perpetual licence — each product states how it is sold. Custom applications and websites follow their own project agreements, which set out delivery, hosting, maintenance, source code and ownership.
How licensing works03 — Process
How we work.
Understand
We learn how your organisation works and what the product has to do, then agree scope, price and terms in writing.
Build
We work in stages you can review, so nothing comes as a surprise at the end.
Deliver
We install or launch it, bring existing data across where needed and show your team how to use it. Any support after delivery is set out in the same agreement.
