Where it applies, ERPDz software products can be bought under a perpetual licence and paid for once. Custom applications and websites work differently, and each one has its own project agreement.

Finished ERPDz products, sold as they are.

Applications and systems developed for one organisation, to its specification.

Everything is agreed in writing.
For a software licence, a custom application or a website, you’ll know before you commit what is delivered, what support is included and what happens afterwards.
What a project agreement covers
Custom applications and websites are built for one client, so their terms are agreed one project at a time, in writing, before work begins.
Delivery
What is built, what is handed over at the end, and when.
Hosting
Where it runs, and who is responsible for keeping it online.
Maintenance
What support is included, for how long, and on what terms after that.
Source code & ownership
Who owns the design, the content and the code, and whether you receive the source code.
Licensing questions
Is every ERPDz product sold under a perpetual licence?
Not necessarily. Where a software product is sold under a perpetual licence, its page says so and sets out the terms that apply. Custom applications and websites are covered by their own project agreements.
Do websites and custom applications work the same way?
No. Each has its own written agreement, which sets out delivery, hosting, maintenance, source code and ownership. Everything is agreed before work starts.
Can we get the source code?
Not as standard for software products: a licence gives you the right to use the software, not its code. For custom applications and websites, whether the source code is handed over is set out in the project agreement.
